It frequently uses mahogany, oak, and cherry wood materials and upholstery with floral patterns. Mid-Century Modern (1940-1960) 

 

This furniture style is known for its use of organic materials, clean lines, and geometric shapes. It first appeared in the 1940’s and it was inspired very much by architects and designers like Eero Saarinen and Charles and Ray Eames. Art Deco (1920-1930) 

 

This furniture style is known for its use of edgy geometric shapes, glossy finishes, and materials like marble and gold. Art Deco furniture first appeared in the 1920s and 1930s. It was greatly influenced by the Art Nouveau movement and uses curved lines and abstract patterns.  As you can see in the image, this furniture is a luxurious collection made of faux leather, black oak, and matte gold metal details.
