THE RETURN POLICY AT M. KELLY INTERIORS
At M Kelly Interiors we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and the service that we provide. In the unlikely event that your purchase isn’t the right fit for you, we will ensure that our return procedure is as convenient as possible.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but we also know that there are times that you may request to return your item. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, please contact M.Kelly Interiors within 14 days upon receipt to arrange a return.
If you wish to return an item to ourselves we ask that they are returned in their original packaging and are in perfect condition. Please note you will be responsible for any carriage costs incurred in the returning of goods. Refunds shall be given on receipt of the said goods once checked.
Special order goods cannot be returned. Any product that has been placed via a special order for you must be cancelled within 3 days of placing an order. Special Order productions commence with the manufacture after this period. This includes flooring goods and made to order rugs that have been cut and measured to size upon receipt of the order.

Please note mattresses once opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If in the unlikely event your products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact M.Kelly Interiors to arrange a replacement.
Payments: You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes. All prices displayed are valid only online. In-store pricing may vary. All collections must be able to produce the card that the product was bought with and valid Photo ID.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 14 working days for the processing of refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
